Situated in the middle of Ponsonby stands Sperskahaus terraces. While terrace houses are stacked side by side, the narrow site allows for a vertical stacking creating a zig zagging pattern of interlocking boxes which form the facade and form a “C” and an “S”, the initials of the clients.
